How do we reduce exclusion?

We are a passionate Training Provider that specialises in improving lives through delivering training that creates Inclusion and helps to reduce Exclusion.

At Inclusion Training we have some very simple and logical beliefs. We believe that Inclusion can be created through Employability, Entrepreneurship and Cultural Awareness for a brighter future. The world is changing rapidly and too many people today are getting left behind.

We provide training in the areas of Cultural Awareness, Diversity, Confidence, Motivation, Self Belief, Employability and Entrepreneurship.

Based in Nottingham, we work with Individuals, Leaders and front line teams in the public, private, not-for-profit and education sectors to provide effective training that delivers above and beyond our clients expectations.

The key questions we like to answer are “How do I achieve my goals?”, “How can we overcome barriers to hard to reach groups?”, How do I engage with different cultures?” and “How can I improve my prospects after unemployment?”.

If its training on Motivation, Confidence building, Employability, Cultural Awareness, The Equality Act 2010 or if its to help deliver programmes for Youth development and Enterprise in schools and colleges, we can help.
